BikeParking - Medical City - Ortigas
When your looking to get to Medical City but you don't want to get stuck in traffic. We know Ortigas avenue is one worse street in city interms of traffic. So get you bike and no worries about traffic. If you think about your bike security, get a got lock to it. Also you be given a card like normall car parking lot that you can return to exit teller.
The parking entrance, is just like the cars do, on the entrance everyone who get enter on parking need to get card for the barrier to pull up. As bicycle user. You will notice the rectangle section, where the loopcoil(Something wire that could detect the metal) in front of the card dispenser machine. Place your wheel on the section so that it will dispense card for you.
* 10 peso for 24Hrs. * In case you exceed even 1 second you will be charge another 10 pesos. But no, worries there will be no extra overnight charge.

KFit - Crossfit ortigas
Rate and Schedule On The Go
Just short review on the Crossfit Ortigas, person attending was very accommodating to KFit user, no extra payment for KFit user, with FREE shower. If you book you workout be sure to bring sufficient water/hydration drink. However I you failed to bring your water you can buy there for Php25 and 45 for Gatorade(500ml). This is also a multilevel activity. I will definitely find new schedule to get back in there. Cheers!!!!

Update Nov 27 I found out that aside the 3-5 session/class to every partners of KFit, there also a global quota that count every reservation you made in KFit. :( At this time I can't find any documentation to how many class or reservation you can made.
Below will are the classes/sessions that I already take, which total of 7 sessions.With current 5 reservations. Since one of the reservation I made is not really work-it. BikeRide - 20140817 Ride to Kaybiang Tunnel
Around 5:40am we are on the meet place(Robinson Pala-pala) which have more time before the suggested time of rideout(6:15am). Unfortunately Two(2) of the rider do PATW(Padjak All The Way), so we the organizer design to wait until (7am).
When the ride start to reach the uphills section. Wow, I said to my self(Sounds similar as Siera Madre steepest section where I always push/walk my bike). Good thing its the first uphills on the route, which I still have power to pedal my bike. :)Comment: Not good for newbie rider unless you want to walk your bike. :) I say this one coz one person on the group not able pedal his bike going back. He walk his bike, not only him, many on the other group also push their bike, even rider who mountain bike which design for uphills, they still walk their bike.
