KFit - Crossfit ortigas

By the power of the KFit app this is my first ever crossfit workout. Via KFit you can visit there up to 4 session of class. NOTE: KFit is only 1K/month with multiple activity you can do. Rate and Schedule On The Go

Just short review on the Crossfit Ortigas, person attending was very accommodating to KFit user, no extra payment for KFit user, with FREE shower. If you book you workout be sure to bring sufficient water/hydration drink. However I you failed to bring your water you can buy there for Php25 and 45 for Gatorade(500ml). This is also a multilevel activity. I will definitely find new schedule to get back in there. Cheers!!!!

SPORT - What is KFit do?

Since this section all about sports and healthy style related post section. I want you to introduce KFit(Android / Apple/iPhone) Apps. This app can be downloaded in Apple/Android appstore that you can subscribe on them and you will get access up 3-5 session in more 100 partners in metro manila(Manila, Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig(BGC), Quezon City, Laspinas, Paranaque, Cavite(Amadeo)). This include:

* Crossfit class
* Boxing Classes
* Muaytai
* Zumba
* Circuit Training
* Swimming
* Massage
* Firing range - Once a Month Only (You get access to try fire 10 20mm bullet. And maybe you think It just the bullet, NO they also give access to barrow their Gun. Its not like in NAIA that they only give bullet, NO Gun:)) )

Update Nov 27 I found out that aside the 3-5 session/class to every partners of KFit, there also a global quota that count every reservation you made in KFit. :( At this time I can't find any documentation to how many class or reservation you can made.

Below will are the classes/sessions that I already take, which total of 7 sessions.

* FLOW - YOGA+ - BGC
* CROSSFIT - CROSSFIT ORTIGAS - ORTIGAS
* GYM ACCESS - FIT STOP FITNESS GYM - MANDALUYONG (twice)
* BASIC TRACK -CROSSFIT MAD MINUTE - MAKATI

With current 5 reservations. Since one of the reservation I made is not really work-it. I cancelled to replace with one good session, which I thinking It will give me a chance to book the good one but what happen was is, I still receiving the the over quota error. :( My suggestion to you guys, If you experience problem, don't ever try to cancel you reservation co'z It cannot free your quota. :(
